Contracts Reporting Administrator will be responsible for supporting the organization’s business development efforts in the following areas: contract management, opportunity management, and internal or external outreach/marketing. Key Responsibilities:
OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Assist with management of new opportunities – create a centralized mechanism for RFQs to be filtered – update contacts with relevant parties when needed and in internal systems (i.e. Tigerpaw-Rev.IO)
- Manage vehicle opportunity compliance requirements: opportunity review requirements, bid/no-bid, reporting, subcontracting
CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
- Create and Maintain Reports
- Analyze Data
- Manage Performance
- Ensure Compliance
- Data collection and entry, reviewing data records, archiving data records, verification and validation of data and data reporting in support of federal and SLED contracts to include 2GIT, ADMC-3, CIO-CS, GSA, NASPO, SeaPort NxG, SEWP V and Texas DIR
- Primary responsibility for submitting monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and associated contract fees
- Accountability for following up with company partners/sales agents to ensure reports are submitted timely
- Responsible for periodic updates to product schedules and pricelists associated with our various contracts
- Maintains an updated list of all contracts and related deliverables
- Serves as Deputy PM – attending Contract PM Meetings as required
TEAMING PARTNER ADMINISTRATION
- Lead development and sustainment of contract vehicle teaming relationships with qualified partners; actively add/modify partner base to facilitate growth and vehicle leverage – includes finding and adding/onboarding new partners for NASPO
- Provide portal credentials, training, vehicle collateral, and BD call-plan support to prime vehicle partners
- Engage partners to develop partner pipeline and identify partner sponsored opportunities on existing prime vehicles; review and qualify partner registered opportunities with BD/Groups
- Work with distribution (i.e. Ingram, TechData) and internal resources to promote Strategic Partner Alliance Community (PAC) Programs
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
- Assist BD personnel with business development activities (marketing, task order shaping, vehicle acquisition strategy) by customer and vehicle
- Develop, manage, and engage customer call-plans per contract vehicle – Coordinate with Contracting Officers on events they will attend and our events, marketing efforts and promotions
- Identify potential partners (prime and sub) through ongoing BD support
OTHER
- Role requires time reporting in Tigerpaw-Rev.IO. Time should be input daily but in any case, no less than weekly for internal utilization tracking and other required contractual reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience in IDIQ/GWAC contract administration strongly preferred
- Intermediate level expertise in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word) required
- Experience working with CRM or ERP software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other industry software
- Familiarity with reporting standards and accounting principles
- Solid working knowledge of Federal Supply Schedules and GWAC vehicles
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- ISO 9001:2015 training – to be completed within 90 days of hire

- Physical Requirements:
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are reasonable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
