Position Title: Inside Sales Support Representative
Location: This position is onsite in our Louisville, KY office.

Total compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors to include: knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographic location and certifications. Compensation includes a quarterly incentive opportunity tied to overall performance of the Cloud Sales team.
 
Position Overview: The qualified candidate will directly support three Regional Sales Directors for the Cloud Sales team and aid overall company efforts for selling or introducing products or services to clients. Responsibilities can include communication with clients, channel partners (including manufacturers) or internal resources, scheduling, management of orders, quotations, creation of presentations, and sales/client-related business systems data entry and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entering opportunities and quotes into our software platform (TigerPaw)
    • Converting all Manual Quote Requests and Open Quotes to Quote Assigned for the Cloud Sales Team Members - Update Opportunity as needed (i.e. Flag Engineering, etc.) - Fill out Internal Quote Template
    • SLA: One Business Day
  • Verifying accuracy, quality assurance (QA) of data entered by Cloud Sales Team Members.
    • As prompted by the CRM tool, performs review of all Cloud Team orders prior to processing to the Sold status.
    • Follows the Pre-Sold process checklist to verify order is ready for purchasing and accounting.
    • Adds necessary information in the comments for accurate processing by accounting to ensure all Post-Sale stakeholders are included as needed.
    • SLA: One Business Day
  • Assisting with OEM/Partner new pricelists and modifications review to facilitate updates to our contract-based product catalog offerings.
    • Coordinates with the Partner Alliance Manager to receive the required information to update our catalogs and works with the Government Contracts Sales Administrator to ensure the additions and modifications are successful.
    • Assist the Government Contracts Sales Administrator with updating specific solution based SKUs prior to addition to the contract catalogs to ensure accurate quoting and reporting.
  • Assisting with preparation of responses to MRRs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.
    • As needed, assists with entering data into Excel and gathering documentation for RFIs, MRRs, and RFQs.
  • Participating in sales meetings and ensuring efficient flow of high-level information and action items.
    • As needed, assists with scheduling new customer onboarding/training sessions.
  • Assisting with scheduling of periodic check-ins for assigned group of customers and coordinating/facilitating in-person and virtual client meetings; May assist with scheduling for new customer onboarding/training sessions
  • Creating reports for Account Managers and Sales Management to aid in monthly invoicing and account reconciliation utilizing AWS Cloudcheckr (or similar OEM tools), creation of additional ad hoc reporting and documentation as necessary in support of company business objectives
  • Tracks expiring contracts and subscriptions for the Cloud Sales Team Members.
    • Provides historical information and notifies the Sales Rep to facilitate the renewal process.
  • Completing sales training on our various products and services as assigned
  • Role requires time reporting in Tigerpaw. Time should be input daily but in any case no less than weekly for internal utilization tracking and other required contractual reporting.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years relevant work experience in customer service/ administrative support role with a preferred history in Information Technology and/or cloud services
  • Knowledge of and experience working with consumption-based services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related vendors (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud) strongly preferred
  • OEM certifications a plus (i.e. AWS, Cisco, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Oracle)
  • Intermediate to advanced familiarity with MS Office
  • Excel, knowledge of simple to intermediate formulas, pivot tables, drag/fill, copy/paste
  • Word – document formatting, editing
  • Intermediate to advanced familiarity with Adobe – utilizing tools to edit, organize, and combine documents
  • Prior parts/inventory data entry experience strongly preferred; experience working with vendors for pricing
  • Prior CRM or ERP (service/relationship management software) experience required - knowledge of Tigerpaw and HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Diploma required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependability – reliable, responsible and dependable to fulfill obligations.
  • Highly attentive to details
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to multi-task activities and manage shifting priorities
  • ISO 9001:2015 training to be completed within ninety days of hire
Physical Requirements:

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. The work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are reasonable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. 

Require use of multiple computer monitors and software programs simultaneously, desk phone, mouse and keyboard.
