Our client, a rapidly growing eCommerce company based in Costa Mesa, is seeking a skilled Junior Bookkeeper to support their expanding accounting operations. This position will work closely with the accounting team to manage daily financial tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum of three years of experience in an accounting or finance role with a strong understanding of financial principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
- Ability to efficiently handle invoicing, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
