About the Role:
As CFO, you will partner closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy, oversee all accounting operations, and provide key insights that influence business decisions. This hands-on role requires a strong financial leader who can navigate the complexities of a multi-unit restaurant group while ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term success.
Term: Full-time/direct hire
Salary: Up to $220K DOE Benefits Relocation Assistance Provided Bonus
Location: Hybrid – On-site in Southeast Portland, OR
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a CFO (or senior financial leadership role)
- 5 Full-service restaurant experience required
- 3 Multi-unit and multi-state financial management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
