Term: Full-Time/Direct Hire
Compensation: Up to $250k in base salary OTE (Up to $400k All In) Benefits
Location: 5x a week on-site in Manhattan, NY
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Establish and enhance key processes, such as expense management systems and payment approval workflows.
- Create robust financial models to support investor relations and fundraising strategies.
- Lead day-to-day accounting activities while contributing to broader organizational goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in asset management accounting and financial operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage diverse responsibilities.
- Must be based in New York.
