Controller

Leading home building company with over 20 years in business is seeking an experienced Controller to join their leadership team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the Accounting team and the full cycle of accounting operations and driving financial performance. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment and helping the company improve processes, efficiencies, and support their continued overall organizational growth.

Requirements:

• 7 years of overall accounting experience
• 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience as a Controller
• Background in the home building industry
• Hands-on experience with AP, GL, financial statements, audits, budgeting, and forecasting

Preferred:

• CPA designation
• Public accounting background
• Experience with ERP system implementations (ex: Netsuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.)
