- Proficiency in legal research, contract negotiation, and document review.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with property management systems and legal compliance software is a plus.
