About The Role
As a Power BI Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming complex data into powerful, actionable insights. You’ll focus 80% of your time on developing innovative Power BI dashboards and reports that will support critical business decisions and modernize legacy reporting systems. In addition, the reports and dashboards you create will help drive our transition into a technology and data-centric company. These models will also be used to train our LLMs (Large Language Models) for next year, with plans to roll out some industry-first solutions.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards and reports that translate data into visual stories.
- Focus primarily on frontend work—building dashboards and visualizing data (80% of the role).
- Use DAX and Power Query (M) to build robust data models and execute ETL transformations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business needs and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, optimize report performance, and drive scalability for long-term impact.
- Occasionally work with stakeholders (under the guidance of a Product Manager) to ensure alignment with business needs.
- 3 years of experience in Power BI development, data visualization, and BI reporting.
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional reporting practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and experience with REST APIs are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and contribute to our innovative solutions.
