Well-established, reputable homebuilding company with over two decades of successful residential development is currently seeking a highly skilled Real Estate / Land Acquisition Analyst for a short-term contract to support land acquisition and development efforts. The Opportunity

This 3–4 month contract position is ideal for an experienced real estate financial analyst with deep expertise in Excel automation and modeling. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions and development teams to build out and enhance financial models used for:

• Land acquisition analysis
• Joint venture deal structures
• Homebuilding and development project forecasts
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Build and automate Excel-based financial models for land acquisitions and joint ventures
• Conduct pro forma analysis for residential developments
• Analyze market data and site-specific metrics to assess feasibility
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial projections with strategic objectives
• Support due diligence and deal underwriting processes
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including automation and complex modeling
• Real estate industry experience, particularly in land acquisition or homebuilding
• Strong understanding of joint venture deal structures and financial analysis
• Proven ability to work independently on deadline-driven projects
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the homebuilding industry
• Familiarity with homebuilding operations and metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
