Strategic Employment Partners is a national recruiting company that’s been in business since 2006 and grown to now 7 offices across the US, including Boston, Chicago, NYC, Orange County, San Francisco, Denver, and LA! We provide employment opportunities for exceptional professionals on a full-time and contract basis across different industries - Technical, Financial, Legal, etc.
Our client base is vast, and we pride ourselves on sustaining long term relationships while building new ones daily.
THE ROLE :
- Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill Financial, Accounting and Technical positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase.
This includes : Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed
