We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Talent Sourcer.
This ideal individual will be responsible for engaging potential candidates for key clients along with performing recruiting and sales support functions. We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sourcer to actively communicate with the sales practice team and to have the ability to prioritize team tasks. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!
As a Talent Sourcer you will :
- Finding resumes/profiles on various internet boards
- Calling and evaluating prospective job seekers (passive and active)
- Meeting with and interviewing candidates for agency representation
- Writing advertisements for certain requisitions, posting and maintaining job advertisements
- Conducting reference checks on selected candidates
- Prioritizing and time managing all responsibilities
- Willing to complete any other tasks (including ad-hoc duties)
Ideal candidates will possess the following :
- Type proficiently and efficiently
- Job board experience preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc)
- Internet search experience (Boolean experience is a plus)
- Communicating in a team structure and fast paced environment
- 6 months experience sourcing; prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
