Award winning law firm near Laguna Beach is looking for an Office / Finance Manager. Role can be based in either Orange County or Northern CA (Marin County).
This is a full time position and must be filled immediately as the person in the role is retiring!
Responsibilities :
- Accounting functions including but not limited to deposits, bank statement reconciliations, office budgeting / cash flow, A / R and A / P, reports, billing
- Office / Firm Administration - managing support and legal staff and related responsibilities
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years Law Firm administration experience
Pay in the 90k - 100k range plus benefits.
