Position Details :

  • Full-Time, Direct Hire
  • Onsite in Siletz, Oregon (open to relocation)
  • Compensation up to $100k DOE Comprehensive Benefits

The Role :

  • Partner with Controller in leading robust accounting operations
  • Manage and develop team of 4-6 finance professionals
  • Oversee financial operations across diverse business entities
  • Drive financial strategy and process improvement

    • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
  • Nonprofit experience required
  • Experience managing accounting teams of 3 or more

    • Must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents. No sponsorship available.

    Salary : $100,000
