AI Developer (Contract-to-Hire)
Location : Remote (must be US-based)
A large and well-renowned healthcare provider is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join their team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance our patient care and operational efficiency. You will actively participate in the decision-making process as they determine which AI tools to integrate and how to best leverage them within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI / ML models and algorithms to address key business challenges.
- Supervise and evaluate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business goals.
- Rapidly develop and iterate on AI proofs-of-concept to test new ideas and hypotheses.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, engineering, clinical) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity for AI model development and training.
