Desired Skills :
CPA certification with a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, complemented by a strong background in formulating and executing financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.
Proficiency in managing regulatory compliance and preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP and delivering insights to senior leadership.
Expertise in overseeing core accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and maintaining the general ledger.
Solid background in facilitating both internal and external audits, along with coordinating tax planning activities and ensuring R&D tax credit compliance with external accounting partners.
Strong analytical skills for conducting financial evaluations, identifying cost-saving opportunities, assessing trends, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
