Commercial Real Estate Attorney

A dynamic NYC firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney to handle transactions across various property types.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for commercial properties.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and other transaction documents.
  • Advise clients on regulatory, compliance, and tax-deferred strategies like 1031 exchanges.

Qualifications :

  • Experience managing complex commercial real estate deals, including 1031 exchanges.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Admission to the NY bar.
