A renowned General Contractor in the Chicagoland area is on the lookout for an Associate Project Manager who can take the reigns on an exciting renovation project in Indianapolis, IN.
This GC covers a bit of everything- from high-end residentials to schools, hospitals, renovations and more. This is a full-time position working exclusively on the renovation in Indianapolis. You'd be on the job-site 5 days / week and the budget for this one is up to $110k.
You'll be supported by a Sr. PM who is well-tenured. This is a great opportunity to run a large and impactful job and get your foot in the door with an excellent General Contractor.
Required :
- Degree in Construction Management or something related.
- 3 years experience in commercial construction.
- Ability to run a job-site with minimal supervision.
