Desired Skills :
- Ideally 5 years of experience working for a bank, with a strong understanding of industry-specific accounting practices.
- Experience with preparing and reviewing reconciliations, month-end and year-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and ensuring compliance with FASB and ASC standards.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, including call reports and other filings specific to the banking industry.
- Hands-on experience working with outsourced HR providers to manage payroll, benefits, and employee-related inquiries effectively.
