VP / Director of Customer Success

Leading SaaS company seeks a strategic VP / Director of Customer Success to drive operational excellence and customer experience. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will oversee a growing team while developing and implementing customer success strategies across the organization.

Term : Full-time / Direct hire

Salary : Up to 175k in base salary DOE Bonus Equity

Location : Onsite in Santa Clarita, CA

Leadership Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop a multi-functional team
  • Drive customer success strategy and initiatives
  • Optimize operational processes and automation
  • Oversee implementation and support functions
  • Partner with executive team on strategic planning

Qualifications :

  • 7 years of experience in Customer Success Product Support
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • 3 years of experience managing distributed teams
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of support operations
