THE ROLE :
- Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill Financial, Accounting and Technical positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes : Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
- Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed
