What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Warehouse Business Systems (WMS Support Manager) position at Strategic Employment?

A stable and rapidly growing logistics company experiencing significant success is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Warehouse Business Systems Manager to join their dynamic team.

In this role you will :

Manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Lead and mentor a small team of WMS support professionals.
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration.
Provide technical expertise and support to warehouse personnel.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in managing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Logistics industry experience is highly preferred.

OLTP Process experience is also a plus, but not required

Location : Remote - Greater Chicago Area

Role : FT, Direct-hire position

Salary : Up to 120k depending on experience.
