Responsibilities :
Social Media & Email Marketing :
Review and analyze existing social media and email marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates, click-through rates).
Propose and implement new, data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Create and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to identify areas for optimization.
Competitor Research :
Conduct in-depth research on competitor marketing strategies, including their social media presence, email marketing campaigns, and advertising efforts.
Identify product differentials and competitive advantages to effectively position our brand in the market.
Explore and identify underutilized marketing channels and strategies employed by competitors.
Content Creation & Design :
Create visually appealing graphics and engaging content for social media and email marketing campaigns using design tools.
Requirements
2 years of successful experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on social media and email marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data, extract key insights, and translate these insights into actionable strategies and data-driven proposals.
Proven ability to create visually compelling graphics and engaging content using graphic design software.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
A strong work ethic, a hunger to succeed, and a desire to lead and contribute significantly to the company's overall marketing strategy.
