Title: Senior Accounting Manager
Onsite Requirement: 1 day/week on-site in Pasadena, CA
Salary: Up to $130K base over 30 days of PTO 100% Covered Health, Dental, Vision other benefits
Qualifications:
- 5 years of accounting experience
- 3 years of experience managing teams, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance
- Ability to cultivate talent and drive the growth and development of staff
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-oriented organizations is a plus
- Active/Inactive CPA OR a Masters Degree in Accounting is required.
