Project Manager, Promotions & Apparel

Position Summary

While working as a Project Manager, Promotions and Apparel, you will be tasked with fulfilling duties and performing tasks related to processing orders and assisting in the operational functions of the department. The person in this position assists with design of projects, project management of customer order needs, and collaboration with co-workers in supporting customer interfacing plans and actions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Use professional and courteous communication skills to listen to requests in order to accurately define or determine needs and provide the appropriate response
• Estimate by communicating with the customer and building a cost analysis in the company's ERP system to determine the cost
• Research promo items and apparel for customers as requested, creativity encouraged
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any unforeseen adjustments
• Utilize specialized computer software to enter job information and receive an accurate estimate
• Revise estimates as needed due to specific changes in the order
• Communicate with co-workers and clients on a regular basis about jobs
• Troubleshoot for any product issues that occur
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
• Can do, happy to attitude
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience or training in the promotional and apparel industry or a related field required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma required.
• Precious experience using a ERP system preferred.
• Solid understanding of computers, data entry, internet searches, the Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and willing to adapt to change.
