Strategic Factory is a dynamic and fast-growing company with a cutting-edge Agency / Marketing Services Department that specializes in digital and multi-channel projects. We are seeking a creative and innovative Multimedia Designer to contribute to both internal (non-client-facing) and external (client-facing) projects.
In this role, you will utilize your design expertise to produce artwork across a variety of platforms. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, print and mail campaigns, digital advertisements, website design, brand design, motion graphics, video editing and multimedia collateral . You will play a pivotal role in creating marketing materials that educate, engage, and captivate audiences while promoting client products and services to their end-users.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and interactive presentations.
- Develop captivating graphic assets such as logos, icons, infographics, and illustrations that align with client branding guidelines and project requirements.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce videos, animations, and motion graphics to effectively communicate key messages and enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team, copywriters, and account managers to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring that design solutions meet client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, understanding their needs, providing design expertise, and delivering creative solutions that align with their brand identity and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality, and coordinating with team members to meet client deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and technologies, incorporating them into your work to provide innovative design solutions.
