We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Special Care Advising team manage the government benefits processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in administrative tasks, client support, and document management.Responsibilities :
- Assist in organizing and maintaining client records and essential documents
- Support data entry and internal system updates
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of all forms and records.
- Manage and track inquiries, assisting with follow-ups via phone and email.
- Update and maintain digital files, including medical records and assessments.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
