Position Overview:
This position will accompany our administration team, while learning the ins and outs of a financial concierge firm specializing in accounting and tax. They will ensure smooth running of our company’s office and contribute in driving sustainable growth. They will manage projects such as tax return flow; tax return check-in and multiple other projects throughout the year. They will also manage a variety of administrative tasks such as answering calls, organizing mail, welcoming visitors and ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated and must be trustworthy and sensitive to confidential client information. This position needs to have a strong proof-reading and English writing skills, excel skills and also needs to be teachable for basic data entry in QuickBooks and other financial software.
Full Time Position: 8 am - 5 pm M-F; (40 hours a week; 1 hour lunch break)
Pay will start at $17-19/hour with opportunities for raises and bonuses as seen fit.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Electronic data coordination and implementation
- Creation of excel spreadsheets
- Fast adaptability to new systems and softwares
- Welcoming visitors and providing assistance as needed
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Manage & Set Appointments
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order replacement supplies as needed
- Invoicing and bill pay
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Tax Return Check-in (Scanning, Sorting & Processing)
- Handling highly sensitive information pertaining to personal finances
- Tidying up around the office / running & unloading the dishwasher
- Light bookkeeping and Quickbooks invoicing data entry
