Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract, engage, and convert prospective franchisees. This role will also involve supporting current franchisees with their marketing efforts and building and executing marketing plans for our CTBids.com platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Development Marketing:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support franchise development goals, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, events) to attract prospective franchisees.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials that highlight the benefits of becoming a Caring Transitions franchisee.
- Lead Generation: Manage and optimize lead generation tactics (SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing) to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
· Brand Marketing:
o Support for Franchisees: Assist new franchisees with their onboarding
o CTBids Marketing: Develop and execute marketing plans for CTBids
o Manage marketing analytics and monthly reporting
o Other responsibilities as assigned
- General Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Caring Transitions brand image across all marketing materials and communications.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience; franchise marketing experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and conversion strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
