Project Manager: Strategic Hospitality

Direct Report: Chief Operating Officer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate construction and timeline with leadership team, vendors, architects, designers, and construction crews
• Communicate project progress and key deliverables with relevant parties
• Perform project specific administration work (e.g. tracking of contracts, drawing mark-ups, drawing versions, etc.)
• Develop relevant decks for concept building
• Build and maintain project specific sheets (e.g. order guides)
• Create and track P&Ls and financial spreadsheets for financial planning
• Research and gather data for financial portions of projects (projections, P&Ls and budgets)
• Track and budget projects from conception to operation
• Facilitate meetings and ensure materials are prepared ahead of time
• Source project components and samples as requested
• Research and source relevant vendors
• Purchase and track relevant assets
• Work with ownership to create operational goals, procedures, and practice for successful opening
• Tracking and holding team members and vendors responsible for quality and timely execution of tasks
• Create drawings for space planning and layout studies
• Consistent and clear communication with contractors, vendors and leadership team
• Organize all project files in appropriate software
• Aid in transitions of operations from opening to management team
• Paying close attention to details, listen deeply, remember details, conceive and execute plans, and help bring other team members' ideas to life

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:
