Career Opportunity : Accounts Payable Specialist for Allied Technical Services, Inc. in Sharonville, OH

As the Accounts Payable Specialist with Allied Technical Services, you will be responsible for accounts payable / receivable functions, and other general accounting functions. You will interact regularly with employees at all levels of the organization as well as customers and vendors.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Bank and credit card account reconciliations
- Process weekly check run including ACH and Virtual card payments
- Distribute Invoices for processing
- Enter daily deposits-checks / ACH-Bank and ERP systems
- Process customer credit card payments
- Request customer credit applications and credit references
- Backup the receptionist answering phones on occasion
You must have strong initiative and motivation to take ownership of all the core responsibilities of the position. You will also need to be an excellent multi-tasker with an outstanding attention to detail. Other requirements for this position include :
