Job Opportunity : Workforce Solutions Manager - Allied Construction Industries (ACI) - Cincinnati, OH
In office position – Salary range $55k to $70k

Job Summary : As a Workforce Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing education and training programs for youth and adults. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives and careers of individuals in the Cincinnati region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage administrative functions for education and training programs, including communication with trainers, ordering materials, and coordinating the department calendar.
- Manage the facilitation of education and training programs, assist with class attendance requirements, prepare classrooms, and track participants through program cycles.
- Engage with youth through K-12 construction career programming and adults seeking to upskill or start a career in construction.
- Communicate program opportunities with school administrators, member companies, and training partners.
- Administer and proctor exams / certifications (e.g., NCCER, WorkKeys).
