Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs, conditions, and progress, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Assist with daily patient activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide wound care, including dressing changes and monitoring healing.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, including medication management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
