JOB DESCRIPTION
The Open Source Intelligence Analyst position is a remote-work, textual analysis entry-level position for detail-oriented individuals who possess excellent research and writing skills. This is not a data entry position. The Analyst’s assignments will comprise background intelligence reports on behalf of clients as well as investment-related due diligence on high-profile executives and global entities. The Analyst will be required to investigate and analyze various business, market, legal, and / or regulatory issues. The Analyst will prepare reports based on the results of their investigations and according to company protocols.
This is a job for an individual with strong critical thinking skills, who is motivated by intellectual curiosity, who enjoys research and analysis, and who has an aptitude for writing with precision and clarity.
The Analyst will be introduced to various intelligence methodologies. Successful candidates will potentially have the opportunity to explore other facets of the company.
Required qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (SIG will consider applicants from any discipline)
- successful completion of a background check
- legal right to work in the United States

SIG is a state-licensed private investigations company : as mandated by state law, employees cannot have any criminal record. A full background investigation prior to hiring, including state / federal criminal record check, will be conducted.
Note : The Open Source Intelligence Analyst position is an entry-level position. All Staff will work remotely.
