Sales Manager in Training

Strategic Knections is seeking a Sales Manager in Training who is hungry for endless earning potential, flexible hours and rapid growth opportunities with a goal of growing into a leadership position.

Our sales representatives and managers in training fall into the following categories:

• A successful representative who has a positive attitude, enjoys interacting with other people, and is able to handle themselves in a professional manner in order to represent Strategic Knections well.

Requirements

• Eagerness to be in a customer facing role and ensuring that each and every customer gets the best deal for them
• Training on product, offered with a focus on learning about Strategoic Knections, the product and developing sales systems and processes.
• Communicate with customers and clients to generate interest while helping families through our consumer-focused sales practice.
• Prospect key events
• Be professional and courteous while educating consumers on the benefits of our prodcuts
• Represent Strategic Knections and its brand with professionalism and integrity
• Reviewing personal performance with managers, and eventually conducting performance reviews for your own team
• Advanced training sessions to increase knowledge and productivity, and learning how to conduct training sessions and workshops

Qualifications

• Experience in a smiliar role will propel you forward, but is not required as we provide comprehensive training from the ground level
• Strong desire to learn and goal-oriented
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated & highly driven
• Must have reliable transportation
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older
