What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance position at Strategic Labor Solutions, Inc?

We are currently hiring for Facility Maintenance in Itasca, IL.
What will you do as a Facility Maintenance?
- Accountable to ensure all processes are followed through to the completion of work tasks.
- Provide first level instruction(s) and guidance to staff, regularly audit work processes and final product to confirm the product.
- Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
- Helping develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Who qualifies for the Facility Maintenance?
- Position may require weekend (Sat or Sun) workdays as part of the recurring schedule.
- Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know about decisions/actions/problems.
- Able to apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments.
- Be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, frequently push, pull, bend and reach, and lift up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
What hours will the Facility Maintenance?
- Part-time position
- Hours: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
- $20hr
- Working 24hrs - 32hrs.
How much will you earn while working as a Facility Maintenance?
- $20.00 overtime.
- Part-time hours
