About Us:
We are a growing property management company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. This position plays a critical role in driving leasing success, enhancing our online presence, and delivering consistent brand messaging. You will collaborate with on-site teams and regional leadership to create and implement impactful marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive occupancy, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, retargeting) to optimize lead conversion and ROI.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and organic lead flow.
- Manage and optimize ILS listings on platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and RentCafe to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Create engaging content for digital and print channels, including social media posts, email campaigns, property flyers, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with property staff to gather and produce high-quality photos, videos, and testimonials.
- Design and implement marketing materials that are aligned with brand standards and property goals.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Train and support on-site property teams on marketing best practices, lead engagement, and resident review management.
- Assist with reputation management by monitoring and responding to online reviews and improving property ratings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in property management, real estate, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Experience managing ILS platforms and understanding of multifamily marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing materials.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and CRM reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and occasionally travel to properties.
