We're a dynamic and growing digital marketing company in Beaverton Oregon seeking a highly motivated Appointment Generator/Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands the intricacies of online marketing and possesses the persuasive skills to generate qualified appointments.
What You'll Do:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Appointment Setting: Effectively communicate the value of our products/services and convert leads into scheduled appointments for our sales team.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team leader with various administrative tasks, including data entry, CRM management, and follow-up communication.
- Online Marketing Insight: Leverage your understanding of online marketing (especially Google Ads) to identify and qualify leads.
- Overcome Objections: Confidently handle objections and turn "no's" into "yes's" through persuasive communication and a positive attitude.
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities.
What You Bring:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales, preferably within the online marketing or related industry.
- Online Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of online marketing principles, specifically Google Ads and lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Resilience & Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant sales tools.

- Fearless Communicator: Someone who is comfortable talking to anyone.
Qualifications:
- Experience in online digital marketing such as: Google ads, Social Media advertising, SEO, etc.
- Familiarity with a high value CRm such as: HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- 2 years experience in cold-calling lead generation.
