The Role:
As a Wound Care Sales Specialist, you will serve as the critical link between our innovative products and the doctors and clinics that rely on them. This is an opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals, including burn units, to provide advanced allograft solutions that support exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, including doctors, clinic administrators, and hospital decision-makers.
- Educate and consult with healthcare providers about our allograft solutions, focusing on their applications in burn care and wound management.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your designated territory.
- Provide ongoing support and product education to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in wound care and allograft technologies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales of allografts or related wound care products, with a strong understanding of burn care applications.
- Full understanding of Medicare Q4303 reimbursement code by CMS and experience with assisting in helping clinics with this process.
- Established relationships with burn units, wound care centers, and related healthcare providers.
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to educate medical professionals on technical product details.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as an independent contractor.
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
