- Recruitment: Identify and recruit talented individuals to join our sales team.
- Training: Develop and conduct training programs to equip agents with the knowledge and skills needed to represent our Program effectively.
- Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in sales or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
