As a Sales Marketing / Customer Support Team Member , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Must be comfortable with the phone as your primary communication tool
- Making cold calls to potential customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong knowledge of internet technology and Microsoft office.
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks
- Previous sales experience valuable
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide information about products
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders and issue resolution
- Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information and troubleshoot customer issues
- Maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction through exceptional service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
