What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Strategic Mobility Group?
We are looking for a skilled Account coordinator to assist our National Account Team with routine administrative functions. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting the National Account team in processing opportunities and sales orders promptly. You may also help with complete research on information that could be useful to the National Accounts team. To ensure success in this role, the Account Coordinator will demonstrate outstanding sales support in such a way that it allows our sales rep to pursue sales targets, rather than being tied down with additional paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Process opportunities and sales orders.
- Perform miscellaneous research.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Managing Director of National Accounts orders.
- Act as a sales assistant to execute a speedy quoting process.
- Follow-up tasks.
- Assist with quoting process and procedures.
- Review and understand new products and services.
- Document new process flows.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners.
- Review stock availability.
- Maintain a positive and work-productive relationship with the Sales Team.
- Complete other projects and tasks assigned.
