Brief Overview of Position :
Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for Computer Network Support Specialist roles to support the United States Air Force (USAF) client where we are focused on delivering support to enable and maintain U.S. military with IT support services. Positions require onsite support at Joint Base Charleston, SC.
Description of Duties :
- Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system
- Support planning of IT equipment replacement (including technology refresh planning), software updates, and hardware updates / replacement / addition with unit leadership
- Create, manage and maintain, grant / deny / remove user access, and close user, group, and local e-mail and network accounts, as needed for NIPR / SIPR access in accordance with locally established processes
