Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Senior Information Assurance Engineer role to support a United States Air Force (USAF) client where we are focused on delivering innovative operations and solutions through proven successful methods. The ideal applicant is versatile, with a broad background and demonstrated ability to produce quality work. You must be comfortable in a challenging, collaborative, multi-tasking, dynamic, high-tempo, deadline-intensive environment with a flexible work schedule supporting multiple customers.
Description of Duties :
Provides Cybersecurity and Application Management Support.
Provides expertise in the following domains :
A&A Project Management
A&A Package Support
Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) Support
Continuous Monitoring
Application Management
Education, Experience, and Security Requirements :
8 years of experience in Information Security which must include 4 years of experience specifically in Information Assurance
Must have experience in information systems security auditing, vulnerability assessment, risk assessment, and penetration testing in on-premises and DoD and commercial cloud environments
Must have experience in federal information security and information assurance policies, standards, and regulations. Experience gathering and organizing technical information relevant to an organization's information security policies, training, security awareness, IT infrastructure, existing security posture, continuous monitoring strategies. Experience providing technical guidance and customer assistance in improving information security, knowledge, and awareness
Must possess IAM Level II Certification
Must possess a current and valid SECRET security clearance
The primary place of performance is located within Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Randolph AFB
