Responsibilities
- Create and maintain company status reports and tracking.
- Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
- Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
- Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
- Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns.
- Become an expert in Strategic Partners Team technology.
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Brand ambassador and protector (oversee brand awareness and reputation- reviews, create, execute, and manage social media campaigns)
- Execute life events and milestone celebrations per team policy & guidelines
Qualifications

- 3 years of real estate operations experience preferred
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
