Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
  • Provide personal assistant support to management, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
