We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Provide personal assistant support to management, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
