Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Assist in office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
  • Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing documents, data entry, and preparing reports.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with customer service roles.
  • Proficient in customer support techniques to address client needs promptly.
  • Familiarity Word, Excel and Various computer programs.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
  • Comfortable using various phone systems for effective communication.
