WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Pharmacy Triage Technician

The Pharmacy Triage Technician will support our Pharmacist team by contacting our customers / clients regarding pharmacy holds, connecting them to our Pharmacists, and working collaboratively to resolve those holds.

This is a full-time, remote position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accurately and efficiently review inbound faxes and enter prescription related data into the pharmacy ordering and dispensing systems.
• Perform general pharmacy support functions- canceling orders, updating ship methods / addresses, and general troubleshooting.
• Communicate with clinics and pet owners via phone and email to assist the pharmacist with maintaining pet profile information.
• Communicate with other departments via email, forms / spreadsheets, ticketing systems.
• Ensures that all pharmacy related communications and written documentation is complete and accurate which is essential for the smooth functioning of multiple team units within the pharmacy.

Pay range (US based applicants) : $21.19 - $26.49 / per hour

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
