We are looking for a motivated Lease Up Assistant Manager that will play a crucial role in the rapid occupancy of newly constructed or renovated multi-family properties. This position combines property management skills with specialized lease-up strategies to achieve high occupancy rates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement aggressive marketing campaigns to attract potential tenants quickly
- Conduct property tours and manage tenant inquiries throughout the leasing process
- Assist in developing and executing tailored leasing strategies, including setting rental rates and offering promotions
- Coordinate with construction and development teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to adjust leasing strategies as needed
- Manage the move-in process and address initial tenant concerns
- Support the Property Manager in daily operations and assume responsibilities in their absence
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in real estate or related field preferred
- Experience in Property management, with a focus on successful lease-ups
- Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi[4]
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of local market conditions and leasing trends

- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during peak leasing periods
