Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified, and CPO certification is a plus. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring our property remains a safe, welcoming, and functional space for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support the maintenance team in daily tasks, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems.
- Work Order Management: Prioritize, delegate, and complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely, efficient manner.
- Safety Compliance:Ensure all maintenance practices meet safety regulations, including HVAC and pool operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage vendor relationships, supervise contractors, and oversee project completion to meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory for all maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment; coordinate with vendors for purchasing and cost control.
- Emergency Response: Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize resident disruption.
- Property Inspections: Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and equipment, identifying areas for repair, improvement, or preventative care.
- HVAC Certification (Required)
- CPO Certification (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer service.
