What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Strategic Recruitment Solutions?
SRS has an IMMEDIATE need, and we are interviewing RIGHT NOW. Well established, highly respected firm seeks to IMMEDIATELY add an attorney with defense litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have:
· 3-5 years of litigation experience. Knowledge of insurance coverage, medical negligence, complex torts, premises and product liability preferred. Highly skilled at taking depositions, litigating a case, trial work, attending hearings etc.
· Strong billing experience
· Impeccable writing skills and a solid academic background
· Exceptional client interaction skills with a strong belief in providing exceptional service
· A stable work history with a proven track record of success
· NC licensure in good standing
· A true passion for the practice of law
